The Onlysollo board is a balanced wall-mounted fitness board that offers all the basic grip types needed for quality climbing training.

The following depths are available on the board:
40 mm top edge
2 pairs of 4-finger holds 20 and 30 mm deep
1 pair of 3-finger holds 15 mm deep
2 pairs of 2-finger holds 22 and 35 mm deep
Large centre gripper 35 mm deep
It is 470 mm long, 123 mm wide and 40 mm deep. Of course, a basic mounting kit consisting of dowels and screws as well as instructions are included.
