Claims (Complaints)
Claims are accepted only at our branch:
MMA Shop, Zborovská 1287/4, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.

The product does not need to have its original packaging or tags. When submitting a claim, it is necessary to present a receipt, invoice, or any other proof of purchase from our store.

We do not accept dirty, wet, or odorous goods.
We do not accept claims for products showing normal wear and tear.

By Post:
Claims can also be sent to the address above together with the invoice or other proof of purchase. The same conditions as stated above apply.

Please include a description of the defect, or mark the defect directly on the product if possible.

Claims are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date they are submitted.

Exchange

In-store purchase:
Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase at our main branch:
MMA Shop, Na Poříčí 1045/22, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.

A receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase is required for exchange.
Exchanges can be done in person or by sending the goods to:
MMA Shop, Zborovská 1287/4, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.

Online purchase:
Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Please send the item for exchange to:
MMA Shop, Zborovská 1287/4, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.

Include a copy of the purchase document or your order number in the package.
Please specify which product you would like in exchange (code, name, color, size, etc.).

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the sender.

Once we receive the goods, we will promptly send the replacement.

Items must have original tags and packaging. Goods for exchange must not be used, worn, damaged, or washed.

Refunds

Withdrawal from the purchase contract is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please send your bank account number for the refund by email or include it with the returned goods.
The same conditions as for exchanges apply.
