Returns

In person by visiting our main store, MMA Shop, Na poříčí 22, Praha, 110 00.  Returned goods do not need original packaging or labels but proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice must be provided.

We will not accept the goods if they are excessively soiled and smelly. For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept mouthguards as claims.

By Post: You can also send a return to our main store MMA Shop, Na poříčí 22, Praha, 110 00. Proof of purchase must also be included as well as a written description detailing the defect/fault.
We do not offer cash on delivery for returns and if this is requested we will not accept the goods and they will be sent back.
We have 30 days to process a complaint, but we typically process most claims within 7 days!

Exchanges

Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Online orders can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice. We only accept exchanges at our main store, MMA Shop, Na poříčí 22, Prague, 110 00. We strongly recommend to bring the original packaging and labels for a fast exchange.

Goods presented for exchange must be returned in their original condition and not be used, worn, damaged, washed or altered.

Refunds

Refunds are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods. We will return the money to the account used to make the purchase or to one specified when goods are returned. The same conditions as per exchanges apply.

Unfortunately cash is not refunded for purchases made in store, not even on the same day of purchase!
