Makiwara Striking Pad – Wooden Martial Arts Training Tool

The Makiwara Striking Pad is a traditional Japanese training device made of wood, designed to harden the edges of the hands and improve striking technique. It is suitable for wall mounting and can be used for both hand and foot strikes.
