The universal free-standing punching bag is suitable for practicing punches and kicks. Intended for indoor use, not suitable for training with hard weapons, exceptionally only foam sticks.
Can be used in the classic form, or separately to practice fighting on the ground. You will appreciate it for the home gym as well as for the profi gym - suitable even where it is not possible to hang a classic boxing bag with a holder on the wall or ceiling. Relatively easy to move as needed.

Inspired by the Art of Taekwondo, the martial arts brand KWON was founded in the year 1976. KWON became registered on a national and international level in 1980.
Among one of the first in Germany, KWON started practicing the art of Taekwondo in 1965. During the same year, a team of some of the most famous Grand Masters from Korea traveled through Europe to promote Taekwondo to the Western world.
