Bandages, or hand wraps, serve to prevent joint and wrist injuries. We recommend using bandages during every training, both in combination with sparring, wrestling or just sack gloves.
These bandages are non-flexible and will provide your joints with sufficient support and injury prevention. They also absorb sweat and thus protect your equipment from excessive moisture.
The choice of length is determined by the nature of the training and, of course, by the physical disposition of the athlete. Over time, each athlete will determine for himself which length suits him best.
