BENLEE Super Jump is a training skipping rope suitable for martial arts, fitness, and general conditioning. The heavier 6 mm steel cable is plastic-coated and allows high rotation frequencies for speed, rhythm, and explosiveness training.
The patented rope holder allows continuous length adjustment to fit different body sizes. Ergonomically shaped plastic handles sit securely in the hand and help maintain a firm grip during training. Separately available weights can be inserted into the handles to increase the training effect.
